Founded in 1957 by Patron, HRH The Duke of Edinburgh, RASC plays a pivotal role in the promotion of agriculture across the Commonwealth.
HRH The Princess Royal, RASC President; works in partnership with the RASC trustees to create an inspiring force supporting excellence and innovation.
The RASC provides an opportunity for Societies across the Commonwealth to engage with leading industry members to support the advancement of sector. Through international networking it also encourages new talent through its Next Generation programme which was launched in 2004.
The RASC Conference, held every two years, brings together delegates from almost fifty show societies across twenty one countries.

Our mission is to facilitate the development of agriculture, forestry, aquaculture, and rural environments, promoting their growth and resilience for the benefits of communities and the environment alike.
The RASC is the voice of agriculture in the Commonwealth working closely with the Commonwealth Secretariat and its associated bodies. A classic Civil Society representing agriculture, the RASC shows what groups and individuals can do together, voluntarily, for the good of everyone.
