Fieldays is New Zealand’s premier annual agricultural event, bringing together urban and rural communities to celebrate agriculture and showcase the latest innovations in the primary industries. In its 57th year, the four-day event remains dedicated to its core purpose: supporting growth in agriculture, promoting education and career opportunities within the sector, and connecting New Zealand businesses with the world and vice versa.
Fieldays is on from Wednesday, 11 June to Saturday, 14 June 2025, at Mystery Creek Events Centre, 125 Mystery Creek Road, Ōhaupō, New Zealand.
What’s on at Fieldays 2025:
- Innovation: Fieldays Innovation Awards and the Innovation Hub, spotlighting cutting-edge technologies and solutions from New Zealand and abroad.
- Fieldays Drone Zone in association with the Agricultural Drone Association (ADA): this new zone will showcase how drones are revolutionising farm management, offering live demonstrations, career insights, and certification pathways.
- Competitions and Demonstrations: Attendees can look forward to the 50th anniversary of the Fieldays Tractor Pull, as well as the ever-popular Fieldays Fencing and Excavator competitions, providing entertainment and industry insights.
- Educational Hubs: The event will host various Fieldays Hubs, including the Rural Advocacy Hub, Forestry Hub, Careers & Education Hub, and the Hauora Taiwhenua Health & Wellbeing Hub, offering interactive exhibits and industry knowledge.
- Tent Talks in association with the University of Waikato: This initiative aims to educate, inspire, and equip those working in, and around the industry with the latest insights, strategies, and practical solutions for achieving these goals. Whether you’re a farmer, grower, entrepreneur, enthusiast or industry professional, Fieldays Tent Talks will help you stay ahead, ensuring you’re making the most of new technologies and trends.
