Introducing the 2016 Queensland Country Life Miss Showgirl Winner

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Kaitlyn Shultz and I have just been honoured with the title of Queensland Country Life Miss Showgirl 2016. I am local to Mudgeeraba, on the Gold Coast and originally represented the Gold Coast Show as their 2015 Showgirl. I am extremely passionate about the Ag Show Movement, and am a sitting member of the Mudgeeraba Show Management Committee.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank each show for their support of the youth in their shows, and the Showgirl Movement. For the shows that had ladies representing their sub-chamber in Brisbane at the Ekka, congratulations. Each and every one of those showgirls represented their regions with pride, and are wonderful ambassadors for Queensland Ag Shows.

I am incredibly excited for the next twelve months, and cannot wait to travel Queensland to learn more about the local shows and the communities they represent, exchange innovative ideas and help out where I can. Please feel free to contact me, as I would love to attend as many shows as I can.
