“I have been able to maintain contacts and establish bursary’s across a number of countries which has provided some great media attention and has raised the profile of agricultural shows in general. I would highly recommend membership to the RASC.”
Mark Bryant, CEO at QCAS will be amongst the delegates from 48 show societies across 21 countries who will, next month, attend the 26th Commonwealth Agriculture Conference in Brisbane.
Designed to provide delegates with an opportunity to engage with leading members of show societies, RASC aims to stimulate a knowledge exchange by developing strong community relations and new lines of business which creates a sustainable business.
Sustainability of Agricultural Shows is the focus for this year’s Conference in which innovation and the engagement of today’s target consumer is a key focus.
Through sponsorship, a number of bursaries have been made available to Next Generation members to attend the conference. The RASC launched RASC Next Generation in 2004 and works to support collaboration and exchange of ideas between the NG delegation across the Commonwealth.
